  • Cindy Lou Costume: Pink fabric was purchased, and a seamstress was sewn into a pinafore. A large plastic ornament and used ribbon for hair as a bow. Pink sneakers and clothing needed underneath were already owned.
  • Reindeer Costume: A reindeer fuzzy one-piece was bought as a reindeer hat. The best part is they can be used again throughout the winter months as they aren’t specifically costume items.
  • Grinch Costume: Used pre-existing Green Ninja Turtle pajamas. Matching slippers. Green fuzzy fabric to make the gloves and belly for the costume. The red fleece Grinch stole a Christmas sweatshirt. For the beard, glued cotton balls to the bottom of the sweatshirt. An already-owned Santa hat to complete the ‘Santa Grinch’ look. Painted the face with a Dollar Tree face paint kit.
