Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, chopped

Instructions:
