Cucumber
Cream cheese

Directions

Prepare the Cucumber:

Peel and thinly slice the cucumber using a handheld mandoline slicer or a sharp knife for even slices.

Spread Cream Cheese:

Lay a piece of lavash bread on your workspace.
Spread some cream cheese evenly over the lavash bread, leaving one of the short ends with some empty space for rolling.

Add Cucumber Slices:

Layer the cucumber slices over the cream cheese.

Roll the Bread:

Begin rolling the bread from the short end that's covered with cream cheese and cucumber, rolling towards the end with the space.
Roll tightly to avoid air gaps. It's easier if you use both hands.

Cut and Secure:
